Registration and Attendance Terms:
OPEN TRAINING:
- Registration requests are due three (3) weeks prior to
a class.
- Specific registration and payment deadlines are shown
for each class listing.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and must be received
two (2) weeks in advance of class.
- Registrants will be confirmed in a class only when
payment is received.
- Confirmation letters are required for attendance.
WEBINARS:
Registration requests are due one week prior to a webinar.
- Specific registration and
payment deadlines are shown for each webinar listing.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and must be received
no later than two (2) business days prior to the webinar.
Log-on information will be provided only when payment is
received. |
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
The MSSO reserves the right to cancel training events. If an event
is cancelled by the MSSO, a credit for a future training event or full
refund will be given to each paid attendee. The MSSO accepts no
responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived
loss due to cancellation of a training event.
Refunds will normally be processed within 60 days following the
determination that a refund is due.
Attendee cancels his/her registration:
Registration fees are non-refundable if an attendee cancels his/her
registration. If an attendee cancels, paid registrations will be handled
in the following manner:
OPEN TRAINING:
- Cancellation received by the MSSO no later than one full week prior to the day a training session begins: Full credit of the registration fee will be applied to a future training session within six months (e.g., if the class is on a Tuesday, cancellation notice must be received by the MSSO six business days prior to the class date, i.e., the Monday of the preceding week).
- Cancellation received within the
week prior to the day a training session begins: 50% of the registration fee is forfeited and the remaining 50% will be applied to a future training session within six months.
WEBINARS:
- Cancellation notice received by the MSSO no later than two (2) business days prior to the day a webinar is to begin: paid fee will be fully credited towards a future webinar.
- Cancellation notice received by the MSSO less than two (2) business days prior to the day a webinar is to begin: 50% of the paid fee will be credited to a future webinar.

Failure to notify the MSSO of a cancellation will result in a forfeiture of all fees paid, with no credit applied to a future session.
Cancellation notification consists of an email message to the MSSO Help Desk ( mssohelp@ngc.com ) with your name and class/webinar details (e.g., class or webinar title and date).
This policy will remain in effect until further notice.
Payment Methods: Payments must be made in US dollars. MSSO does not accept payment by credit card. Acceptable payment methods:
Checks (reference invoice number)
Wire transfers (reference invoice number)
If the wire transfer is coming through an international bank, please include any bank transfer fees with your payment.
