Step 1: Download ASCII Files (MedDRA)

 

    To download the MedDRA ASCII Files:
      1.  Navigate to www.meddramsso.com.

      2.  Click on the Downloads section.
      3.  Click the Download MedDRA ##.# Data and Documentation link.

      4.  Click on the desired MedDRA terminology translation.
      5.  Click on Complete Download.
      6.  Enter your User ID (Name) and Password.

      7.  Save/Open the ZIP file to your hard drive.

      8.  Extract the contents of the ZIP file to the desktop.

      9.  When prompted for Password – enter the applicable Unzip password.
    10.  Open the MedASCII folder on the desktop (12 files contained within).

      Continue to Step 2
